To Sarasteam : What happen to my support ??


Every time i wanna download a file from www.ufsxsupport.com i have these message :
"WARNING!!!
You have exceeded daily download limits of 25 files.Please dont use any download accelator software as it will tamper with you limits.
Please try again tommorrow."

i have not shared my login and password with anyone
i have not download more then 25 files
i have not use any download accelator

so please Sarasteam solve my problem .

IT has been decided that support has now to be paid for, so if you have had your account open more than 12 months or whatever the amount of time is LIKE ME, you will get denied access in the near future, till you pay 20 usd for 6 months support.. ah well...
