Download WinRAR from http://www.win-rar.com/index.php?id=160&dl=wrar362.exe and install it in your PC. Actually .rar files are zipped so unzip{extract} it via WinRAR and then install the unzipped(.sis) file in your mobile. Hope it will help you.

The process is as simple as in 6600. Get the .sis file via bluetooth or any other source, Then double click over it or click over ir in ur mobile. It will ask u for instaling then keep pressing Next. Hope you will get it worked.
