Wouww resco shows saved and unsaved program its inside. Very very perfect. You can edit and delete saved any unsaved pref you don't want informations of using program.

Dude theres THE LAIR,C4P,PALMZ.PWG(TEMP UNIV.)PALMXP,GSM AND NOW TH3PALMZ AND PALM PARADISE and this is just a few i'm gonna name so I am sorry you are not familliar with the palm sites maybe keeping an open mind and the love for your pda will direct you to understand that there are far more than 2 sites

There is a freeware program called Filez that is good. It does everything you need a file manager to do but it has a plain look to it. Currently I'm using Bluetooth commander for file management as it has a nice look to it with tabs for easy navigation (it does have one downfall in that it will not launch apps. It merely lets you copy, transfer (bluetooth, or infra), and delete. Both of these programs allow multiple file selection which is good for transfering and deleting.

I agree about Zlauncher. I like the look it can give a treo, but the last time I tried installing the beast it unregistered more than half of my apps and then refused to find my wallpaper anyway. I really wish there was a program out there that simply spiced up the built in treo launcher with a wallpaper function and some nice buttons. I've tried a lot of launchers and none of them seem as good as the original (assuming you have a file manager).

There is a program called participate that I've used. The most useful program I've found is Markbooks CNX which works together with a desktop version. Unfortunately this program expires at the end of each year and must be repurchased both the desktop and the palm version. I thought it would be too much to ask for someone to try and crack all of that.

If you're referring to th3palmz, click on "Usergroups" at the top of the page. Select "Palm Owner Level 1" from the drop down list. Click on "View Information". Then on "Subscribe". Then all you have to do is acknowledge to the 2 agreement topics by replying to them. Once done, you have access to the forums.

I got the game Spot! for palm OS and I just downloaded the packs. It said to put the packs in my main memory which I did but I can't access them. They show up under my files where you can delete it but don't show up in the game. What can I do?

Like adambomb said, there are FAR more than two sites already... we are just two MORE sites. I think th3palmz and PalmParadise are both off to great starts and will eventually probably cater to slightly different audiences but will mostly have an overlapping userbase. I am currently a member at both, plus here, thelair, & c4pda. There is even some content overlap with 1src where I am also a member. Every forum satisfies a niche which may be similar to, but is ultimately different than, other forums.

I think the 'mouseover preview' feature has been requested... but (as you can tell from the error reports above) a lot of work is still going on so it may be a while before (if ever) you see it.

You're welcome. However, I'd recommend using the KeyGen for reasons that Wheeliestunt pointed out a couple of posts after I posted the patch. With the keygen, your registration is good for new releases. With the patch, you must wait until the new releases are patched. Even though I released the patch, I used the keygen. That patch was mostly just for practice AND at the time, I didn't quite get the idea of selfkeygens.

I guess I'm the only one having a problem getting Voicedial to register. I tried everyway possible and was able to generate a key but the key doesn't work..."Please enter the registration key you recieved for the application", entered key both keygen's generated of 03587 and below that it says device ID:365b0e4f, after entering the key it says "This registration key is not valid. Please try again." But I noticed that the keygen generated a key based on the Hotsync name but when you go to enter a key it's based on the device ID. Please help.

Yes. This thread has outgrown itself and it's usability is approaching impossibility. I, for one, am very near retiring from this forum. This software is patched. The normal 15 day trial period has been removed. The only screen that will show is the General "Use" Tips screen. It has an option to "Do Not Show Again" but this option does not work. You will see this screen at the start of the app every time. But the app is fully functional! No register required. Enjoy :)

No, there's also a Palm Treo 650 Simulator, totally different to the Palm OS 5.4 Garnet Simluator.

Those are free, you just have to sign up in the PluggedIn Palm program and download from there pluggedin.palm.com

OK for the keygen lovers (and for those who think my patch could be a problem), here it is: VoiceDial 2.0.11 Self keygen!!

Again copy it to SD Card and launch it from there or copy from SD Card to RAM using ZLauncher's File Explorer or Resco Explorer.

When you run it you'll see a dialog with your registration code and hopefully your Palm won't crash :)

(I don't think it will but it will mess VoiceDial Main Form a little).

Then upload the original VoiceDial if you backed it up or run the installer again and register with the generated key.

And no, it doesn't seem to check it via Internet (so far).

It should work for any VoiceDial 2.xx I think.

Try the standalone keygen. It seems you're not hotsyncing the program correctly (it's TRICKY since normal hotsync DOES NOT WORK). Search in this thread for Voicedial standalone keygen

Hehe yes you're right lemme rephrase it: You can't hotsync it. It has a weird scheme protection to avoid overwriting the PRC.

A way to copy it is to use an SD Reader hardware or CardReader software and copy it to the SD card first, and then using ZLauncher's File Manager or Resco Explorer copy it from SD card to RAM.

Another way is to create a PRC installer that uncompress itself in RAM and hotsync the installer. You can do that using software like NutShell.

I should have done that. Anyway since I released a standalone keygen of just 1 KB with no hotsync problems, I got lazy.

I have a dilemna with mLicense.I have followed the instructions as described in the attached text file and got the codes. I entered it in mLicense and got a positive response that the code was registered for mVoice.
However, when I try to access mVoice, it still says that the trial period of Motionapps mVoice has expired.Recording features will be disabled until you buy mVoice.

I tried to unistall and reinstalled mVoice 4 but no use.I get same message that trial period has expired.
Is this due to the fact that the trial period has expired and codes dont work anymore. If that's the case, is there any solution to this? Did I jump a file that needed to be deleted that I didn't.
Any solution would be appreciated.

When running Tom Tom it crashes when using voices. When voices are turned off it works fine. I am using UDMH to run it as it wont run otherwise (not enough dynamic heap memory) I am using a tungsten t5. Can anybody help

After a custom rom on my cingular 1.17 treo I stopped receiving SMS....When I send out a text it just grays out but the other party receives it while it stays in my outbox then When I receive a text it plays the sound but no text in my inbox?

Custom rom details:
Removed Versamail and added Versamail 3.5
removed blazer, versamail, realplayer, Getmail, Tutorials, Tips, Welcome.

Added FAT32, fastmode blazer, versamail 3.5, USB modem, PalmRevolt, Card reader.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks

It very well could be that ,that happened when you deleted getmail try re-installing only those files and see what happens although I have a treo 650 and no file (getmail)unless you mean getbc?

Ok,, first off this site rocks, I was about to ditch my Tungsten E, but now, with all your help it rocks the frikken house..

I do have a few questions on some software:

1. If there anything that will allow me to simply plug my palm into the computer and see it as a removable device? So I can see the SD cards stuff ? not a biggie but, it would be nice. -
--EDIT-- Nevermind - nevardeath showed me cardexport. EXACTLY what i wanted. props.

2. Universal Remote Software - Are there any out there with databases with the codes already in there? I hate the whole training process... plus it would be fun to walk into a walmart or whatever and then turn the tv's on/off.. :)

3. Using the pocket encoder to make videos for my palm (played in TCPMP) What do your recommend I set the FPS at? Its always choppy!! I know this isn't some high powered machine, but I should be able to have half way decent video right?

4. Also, I am looking for the best web browser for the Tungsten E, I am connecting thru softick if that matters in any way.

--EDIT-- I tried the Netfront320x320installer that was posted wayy back, but in installed and then it resets and i get a blank box over the PALM splash and then it locked up, I have to hard reset for the palm to recover... Any ideas how to get Netfront working? On a Tungsten E?

5. Softick PPP - the serial on here is bogus (wont work anymore) Here is the patched..just run the .exe while it is in the bin folder withing the softick folder (ie c:\program files\softick\bin)

Okay, I'll blame myself for probably not reading everything like I thought I had. I just don't remember anyone saying to install 4.0 with 3HJRX-HYUA2, then upgrade to 4.0.1 with a hotsync after that. However, how hard was that to say? Just a couple of short lines like that would have saved everyone a lot of headaches trying to get this thing running. LOL! No matter, it's not always the destination, but the journey which is so fun.

hehe this is ok, i was able to upgrade it to 4.01... however, does anyone get this problem... i can't seem to tap back into ptunes when the screen is turned off??? I have disabled the option to ignore screen taps but it does not do anything... the weird part is, if i revert back to ptunes 3.08 basic, the function works fine... any help would be appreciated... thanks!
